Our Pullman loaves are all about clean lines, even slices, and a refined texture—perfect for everything from sandwiches to toast to table service. Baked in lidded pans that create their iconic square shape and soft crust, these loaves are as versatile as they are elegant.
Fun fact: The name Pullman comes from the classic railway dining cars, where square loaves were easier to stack, store, and slice. It’s first-class bread, inspired by first-class travel.
We offer a variety of flavors and flours to suit every palate, and each loaf is available in Regular or Large sizing, sliced to your needs at either ½” or ⅝” thickness.
