We offer three sweetly unique varieties of this classic:

Pullman Brioche: A classic rectangular loaf with a smooth, uniform shape, perfect for all your sandwich needs. Available in 1/2″, 5/8″, or 1″ slices — so you can have your slice just right.
Lobster Brioche: A gorgeous round-shaped loaf with a slightly different texture, offering a soft, pillowy crumb. Each loaf is divided into 10 sections, making it easy to share (or not — no judgment here!).
Covered Pullman Brioche: The best of both worlds, with the structure of a Pullman loaf and an extra layer of tender richness on top. Choose from 1/2″, 5/8″, or 1″ slices for the perfect bite.
